House & home sitting costs & charges - UK prices.

Let's keep things simple.

The basic rate for me to stay in, and look after your property, is £50 per day.

All indoor plants will be cared for and your home will be occupied full-time, for the duration, to deter criminals.

PLEASE NOTE: If the sit falls on a UK public or bank holiday, these days will incur an additional £10 per 'special' day.

And an additional £50* charge (per sit) will be automatically added to the invoice to contribute towards my personal travel costs.

Additional services - pet sitting.

Pet sitting: includes administering any medication, toileting, feeding, playing and brushing requirements + regular pet updates.

Cats (+£5 per day, per cat)

Dogs (+£10 per day, per dog) includes a one-hour daily walk.

Upgrade: (+£10 to my basic daily rate) additional walks, pet appointment attendance, routine adherence.

Other animal varieties can be included on request.

Additional services - household maintenance.

Light gardening: (+£10 per required day) watering lawns, borders and greenhouses + produce picking (no grass cutting).

Property management: (+£20 to my basic daily rate) receiving trades people + staff, estate agents / viewings - including property preparation, frequent contact and client liaising.

Receiving signed-for parcels and deliveries: (+£10 per delivery)

PLEASE NOTE To secure the booking, full payment will be made in advance. Additional services not pre-agreed will be invoiced at the end of the sit. No refunds will be given unless of cancellation of services by myself.

*Travel to UK islands and overseas territories requiring flights will incur a £100 charge (per sit) and will be automatically added to the invoice.
